I will first admit that I have not seen this film yet. But, when I do, I will expound on this article.

Nonetheless, my primary concern is with the part of the movie where a black, former domestic employee, feeds her former employer a pie laced with feces. And her actions are inspired by vengeance toward him because of mistreatment she had been forced to endure during the "Jim Crowe" era in the American South.

The problem is that there are literally millions of people in this nation whom are significantly driven and mollified by vengeance. And they believe themselves somehow vindicated, and thus justified in their actions.

Now, while it is most certainly true that "two wrongs don't make a right". Even more relative is the fact that anyone who commits any act for the sole purpose of "getting even", so to speak, is doing both themselves, and this species, a tremendously debilitating disservice.

The fact is that vengeance is such a destructive force that this species is far removed from this activity to such a degree that natural human compunction precludes such actions on several levels. To the extent that it requires a human being to expressly ignore their conscience at least ten times prior to actually committing their self utterly to the offense in a corporeal fashion.

To fantasize about retaliating against another person is a very real and legitimate course of human thought. But only because it is necessary to properly disseminate the nature and seriousness of a "clear and present danger" or "ongoing attack".

However, to purposely initiate any attack, of any kind, against another living thing that is not simultaneously posing a clear threat, requires that the attacker unequivocally stoop far below the character and behavior of that which they are attacking.

Furthermore, this behavior is a single edged sword that only truly does damage to the person engaging in the act of reprisal.

Not only does it damage this person. The person can never, in their entire life, recover from any such damage done their self.

There are only two outcomes once the deed has been done. Either live with the pain and guilt of their misdeed. Or, even worse -- and cowardly -- seek a disposition of denial. Wherein the person chooses to illegimately excuse their actions in favor of a viewpoint that allows them to believe the other person deserved it.

However, the unfortunate fact is that in a world full of people like this -- everybody "has it coming".

For truly, where does one draw the line? What is reason enough? Who is truly deserving of such treatment?

The fact is also that once vengeance becomes a tool of remuneration and defense, everybody is at risk. Until nobody is safe from these people.

At first they engage in their sneaky reprisal against what they consider horrible and abusive people. Then they begin to find more and more people who are, at least, horrible enough to warrant being attacked and "put in their place" so to speak.

Until eventually, they are attacking people merely for doing what any normal person would do. Targeting people merely for dressing in a way they don't approve of. Or saying something they don't agree with. And so on.

To be perfectly clear. This nation went to war with Iraq and Afghanistan as an act of reprisal...regardless of who may intend to ignore, or illogically intend to justify it.

And now, a movie that lauds an extremely disgusting and creepy form of reprisal is being commemorated and applauded as a progressive and Oscar worthy production.

When the truth is that, anyone who would lace a pie with feces, and feed it to another person -- for any reason whatsoever! -- is one of the most depraved and disgusting people on Earth. And should never be trusted out of doors.

These are very sad days for America. Very sad indeed.

Regardless of who may wish to believe that they are permitted to waive their inalienable rights at their discretion, they are entirely incorrect in their assessment. And any action meant to do so, puts all citizens' rights at risk by debasing the nature of a system that operates to uphold, protect and defend them.

Waving inalienable rights in a free society sets a precedent of personal indemnity that cannot exist unopposed, and thus creates a conflict of interest -- within the social structure -- that is ripe for unbridaled corruption.

If, for any reason, a citizen of these United States enters into a vested business agreement with any other person, company, corporation, organization or government agency with the express intent of waving their inalienable right to privacy within a sector where privacy is an essential factor necessary to protect against criminality, then that person is engaging in an illegal act.

This is primarily due to the fact that the person attempting to waive their rights is quite literally setting a precedent of Unconstitutional activity in exchange for preferential treatment.

Which means that they are not only circumventing the entire nation's peoples' rights to equal opportunity under the law, they are also entering into a quid pro quo that places both parties' interests above and beyond all others. Thus enabling the benefactor to, in turn, engage in unlawful conduct against, not only the recipient, but also non-recipients through indefensible discrimination. Whereby, any such benefactor is the facilitator of a means to misconstrue the agreement, interpreting it as an active authority to abridge all person's rights. And the United States Constitution calls this activity -- likened to racketeering -- a crime.

I am writing this article because I appear to have placed myself in an extremely compromising position simply for recently publishing a piece exposing the criminality inherent to the system of "club card" consumerism. Which is an agreement that shoppers enter into with retailers, wherein the retailer requests personal information, and the permission to track and detail a customer's shopping habits in exchange for offering them specific discounts on various store items.

I exposed the fact that this is a membership of discriminatory privilege which is rife with criminality, and the very real factor of exclusionary strategy which places all persons' personal information in the hands of an insecure data base. Thereby enabling a system in which any person can be targeted by any number of private individuals whom -- regardless of qualifications to view sensitive information -- may become privy to personal information on persons whom they may intend to harm for their personal -- and thus legally protected -- views and or activities.

The fact is that all persons shopping at a store that engages in this type of membership are victims of criminality in that the store is then structured to track the personal purchasing habits of all consumers. This enables those whom are capable of viewing -- for whatever reason -- this personal data base the opportunity to attack those they oppose, with any number of intentionally tainted products that could either singly, or collectively, render persons incapacited, or even fatally eliminated.

However, very soon after the article posted -- exposing the fact that I do not use clubcards -- I began noticing people tailing me through various stores that I frequent. Such as Mother's Markets, Fresh and Easy Markets, and even Albertsons.

It was quite strange because, while they attemted to veil their activities, they were not very good at it. And their intentions appeared rather obviously covert.

I benignly evaded them at first, taking stock of their activities. But soon began to overtly show my lack of appreciation for their invasive behaviors. Openly chastizing and berating them under my breath when they would repeatedly pervade my proximity. And noting their reaction, as it confirmed my suspicions.

It was remarkable to witness their explicit demeanor as they reveled in their work; capriciously employing covert harassment of another individual that had never directly engaged them in any way whatsoever. To be clear, these people appear to have access to food supplies that could only become tainted at the source. Namely, the production facility where they are canned and packaged.

And this is a very worriesome development indeed. For, regardless of who may agree with this type of criminality because it is being perpetrated against those they do not like. The fact is that nobody is safe in this type of environment. And all would be wise to cease and desist such activities before it really gets out of hand.

I personally, have many effective means of mitigating the effects of their toxins. However, it appears that they are becoming more powerful, or more directed at causing a heart attack or other serious or fatal damage to the human body.

Remarkably, the people who are doing this are both organized and at the same time unstructured. Their tactics appear to be that of an online community of derelicts who's primary purpose is to operate outside of the law with the express intent of acting criminally towards those they dislike, in areas where the law does not apply. They obviously intend to aggress against persons for actions that are not illegal, but merely those actions which they, themselves, do not agree with.

Their primary goal appears to be the suppression of "Free Speech". And this means that this nation is now in grave danger for the existence of people who support the vigilante mentality that is growing quickly among the millions of cowards in this nation whom believe that everything that happens to them is somehody elses fault. Or that the saying "fight fire with fire" somehow equates to an indemnified, operational subliteral of "do as your enemies do"

However, this is the mentality of demagogues and morons. The truth is that "fighting fire with fire" specifically means to remove the element of criminality from the equation; thus removing the "fuel" which feeds the flame.

To engage in criminality against anyone is adding fuel to the flame, regardless of whether the target is a criminal, or merely a victim of somebody's criminal intent to exert, through force, their own personal views upon another.

Acts of agression and oppression are a very obtuse, ignorant and completely incorrect parameter of a doctrine that only the criminally minded are capable of indemnifying. And they run entirely contrary to every portion of this nation's founding documents.

However, it they are a mainstay mentality and the express intent of remuneration cultivated and professed by Israeli Jews. These people believe themselves to be victims of nearly everyone, and have draped themselves in martydome, propaganda and lies. Saturating this nation's silver screens with nearsighted and complacently violent movies aimed at brainwashing the public into a "kill or be killed" mentality. Screaming with every vile breath that those who oppose, or refuse to support, their actions are a threat to their survival.

Minorities and Jews are being incessently depicted in movies as being hated and attacked, even to this day. And the remarkable thing is that these movies are being produced by minorities and Jews.

However, the hateful and deleterious sentiments being depicted on the screen are not even occurring. Such as in the movie "As Good As It Gets", where Jack Nicholson plays a character that publicly, and loudly, berates two Jewish people in a restaurant so that he can get them to leave the table he wants to sit at. And the movie acts as if people just go around hating Jews as a race. When in reality, if one takes note of the many complaints people have against Israel, Jews are only being exposed for their brutality, criminality and human rights violations. As well as being the only truly -- and openly -- xenophobic nation on Earth.

Furthermore, most people are only upset about, and thus disagree with, their delusional doctrine of money worship, vengeance and supremacy -- which they teach their children from birth. And the fact that they extol themselves as the "chosen people of god", claiming -- through both word and deed -- that everyone eles on the planet is just chattle to be discarded and denied.

The only reason I am concerned about the Jewish state of affairs in this nation is because they have openly threatened me, stating that I will be killed for speaking out on my website against the brutality and hatred so often perpetrated by Jewish extremists.

Furthermore, prior to being informed of their hatred and criminal intent against me, they first pumped me for volumes of information concerning my consumption and shopping habits.

Needless to say that soon after that, I began noticing extremely marked, debilitating effects whenever I consumed products they knew me to regularly purchase. Thus I have had to alter, or supplement, various dietary proclivities...to say the least.

Not remarkably, these people have again resumed their attacks against me.

It will be imperative that this nation begin truly observing just exactly what is occurring around them, because these kind of people are just getting more bold, and growing in number.

To all of you Newtonians and Einsteinians out there: be assured that the parallel parameters of relative reckoning kindled by these kinds of actions will bear out a bonfire of unequal reaction that is many degrees removed from opposite.

Moreover, anyone capable of this kind of malicious mendacity reaps the effects of their bombastic existence on a daily basis. And rarely needs anyone to raise a finger to exact justice against them.

What is quite amusing -- to those with the congnizance to recognize it -- is that these people choose to suffer an almost hellish necromancy, never realizing that they dance a self-imposed waltz of misery their entire wretched life, wasting away in the cold and bony embrace of pain and torment, never tasting of anything even remotely akin to success.

A story on YahooNews.com (originally airing on Channel 2 News, Chicago) tells the tale of a Chi Town man who is in possession of video that portrays what he claims is a neighbor lady stealing his snow shovel yesterday, or at least simply borrowing it and possibly not returning it. And he actually decided that the best thing to do was bury the lady's car in snow with his snow blower; because he believed himself to have been slighted to the point that revenge was justifiable. However, it appears now - as more of the story comes out - that the tool was later found leaning against his garage. But that is not really the issue. What is important is that the man actually moved to aggression rather than conflict. Proving himself to be a coward. The logical response is to confront the woman and ask did she need anything more, or did the shovel help? And then politely ask where she left it.

Given that this author does not appear to be able to access the realms of petty, deplorable sub-human behavior that currently appears to exist in a significant number of people's psyches these days, it comes as quite a shock that anyone would go to the lengths that this person did, simply to satisfy their own hatred.

Self-centered and pitiful acts such as vandalism and other reprisals do not do anything but promote depraved animosities which will do little more than add fuel to the flame, and thereby increase the likelihood that such incidences will occur, and in an escalated fashion. The actions by the man were extremely narrow-minded and disturbing, not to mention juvenile.

Even worse, is the fact that his prank has been aired on national television over and over again throughout the day, and appears to be something that, not only is the allegedly slighted "Mr. Moody" proud of, is also being viewed as a laudable "tit for tat".

Truly, this has got to be one of the more sick display's of waning human compunction since Michael Vick was caught abusing poor, defenseless animals for his own twisted pleasure. Oh, and a little crass cab-fare to boot. Of course, he then lied his hat off about it to save his own hide, but what would one expect from such an individual?

This author is a proud ex-Illinois resident who lived in the "City of Big Shoulders" for years, and was often impressed with the way people would show various facets of a generous and tolerant nature in such situations. But this man exuded that sentiment in no way whatever. What a shame.

I will not go so far as to name the pompous, prissy self-professed puissant who obviously wouldn't know a real man if it bit him. But I will say that he is fortunate a more protective pragmatist was not there to witness him bury the woman's vehicle, or he would not have been allowed to sit and gloat while the poor lady struggled in the freezing weather for seven hours, digging her car out. Because he would likely have been persuaded to do it himself, by this conscientious character; who, incidentally, would also have assisted him with his educational chore, and then shook his hand and requested that he try to please think a bit more clearly the next time his anger gets the better of him.
